Server Time Changes to GMT +3 on Synergy FX MT4

To keep consistent with the '5pm New York" internationally recognised end-of-day in Forex markets, Synergy FX will be moving the MetaTrader offset settings on their Synergy FX MT4 platform three hours forwards from GMT to GMT+3.

When Will the Change take Place?
The change will be implemented during market close on Sunday the 26th of May, and will be in full effect on market open 07:00 AEST Monday, 27th May, 2013 (21:00 GMT | 00:00 GMT+3)

How Does This Change Impact You?
Your market watch time in MT4 will now be set at GMT+3.
Your charts will now display 5 day candles keeping in line with the industry standard. This also ensures Synergy FX trading times remain consistent with global financial markets, so that you can take advantage of our superior pricing and execution in a traditional trading environment.

Required Action
If you use an Expert Advisor (EA) which requires the GMT offset to be manually entered, please ensure that you adjust the GMT offset to GMT+3 to reflect this change before the markets open.

Synergy FX strongly recommend that you pay special attention to your closing positions on Friday the 24th of May 2013, and also to opening positions at market open the following Monday.

Download AxiTrader's latest version of MT4 to enable 'One-Click Close' and trade directly from the charts!

To enable these great new features, simply follow the steps below:

Firstly, make sure you have the latest version of MetaTrader 4 installed, either through the auto-update feature or downloading it from the AxiTrader website.

Feature 1: One-Click Close of Trade

Once the latest version of MetaTrader 4 is installed, click on "Tools" then "Options" and enable One-click trading under the Trade tab:



Once you enable one-click trading, an "X" sign will appear next to the Profit in the Trade Terminal. You can close your trade/pending order by simply clicking this "X".
