On November 27th 2014, Thanksgiving Day in the US is being observed and the following schedule is to be observed from both an operational perspective & trading perspective for November 27th and 28th 2014:

Operational:

Funding/Withdrawals: Only credit/debit card transactions under USD3000 will be processed. No other deposits will be processed on November 27th and 28th 2014. Only Non-USD withdrawals will be processed on November 27th 2014. Only withdrawals via bank wire will be processed on November 28th 2014.

Live Chat: Will be operational during the times when the Forex market is opened.

Email Support: Will be limited on November 27th and 28th 2014. As a result, you may experience longer than normal response times to general inquiries. For anything urgent, please contact Live Chat.

Compliance: Will be operational on November 27th and 28th 2014.

Trading (MT4 time): November Holiday Hours



*Due to the thanksgiving holiday and the coinciding OPEC meeting, spreads in US OIL may be wider than in more liquid market conditions.

Please note that even while the respective markets are open, please use caution when trading as liquidity may be low and entering and exiting trades at certain times, in specific CFD's, may be difficult.

Trading hours for precious metals during Thanksgiving 2014

FinFX would like to inform you that due to Thanksgiving Holiday on 27th of November, there are some changes in the opening hours of precious metals.

The Gold (XAUUSD) and Silver (XAGUSD) pairs will close on Thursday 27 November 2014 at 18:00 GMT and reopen again at 23:00 GMT! On Friday 28 November Gold and Silver close at 18:45 GMT!

Summary of Thanksgiving 2014 operating hours for Gold and Silver price feeds:

Wednesday, 26 November - Gold and Silver will close normally at 22:00 GMT+0.

Thursday, 27 November - Gold and Silver will close at 18:00 GMT+0 and reopen at 23:00 GMT+0.

Friday, 28 November - Gold and Silver will close at 18:45 GMT+0.

Market Closing Times - Thanksgiving Day (27th Nov 2014)

Thursday the 27th of November is Thanksgiving Day in the United States and this will temporarily influence Market Closing Hours for Precious Metals and Energy Pairs.

Throughout this US holiday, Pepperstone will continue to provide standard support and funding hours.

Currency Market Hours will not be impacted by this holiday.
