FinFX Trading Hours on Easter 2015

FinFX would like to inform their clients that the Gold and Silver trading will close on Thursday, April 2nd at 21:00 GMT due to Good Friday on April 3rd. The Gold and Silver trading will open again normally on Sunday April 5th at 22:00 GMT.

The FX pairs will be open normally on April 3rd and on April 6th, but since Good Friday and Easter Monday are international bank holidays, please be aware that there might be limited market liquidity available.

Between Friday the 3rd April and Monday the 6th April banks around the world will be closed for the Easter period. During this time Pepperstone will have limited live chat, phone support and funding availability.

Whilst their 24 Hour Emergency Trading Desk will operate as usual during the period - their customer support and funding hours will be reduced.

The Forex markets will be open throughout this period but liquidity is expected to be low. Precious Metal and Energy Markets will be closed on Friday the 3rd April but resume as normal Monday 6th April.

Europe enters Daylight Savings Time on Sunday March 29, 2015

Finland along with the rest of Europe enters Daylight Saving time on Sunday March 29, 2015. This means that the trading hours will then have normal end-of-day (EOD) time at 21:00 GMT /MetaTrader server time.

However, please note that the time zone change has an impact on the FinFX Office Hours that change from GMT+2 to GMT+3 starting from this Sunday March 29, 2015.

FBS company will compensate all funds on the accounts, deposited via EgoPay!

FBS would like to inform you that all the funds deposited by EgoPay system, which is announced closed, will be compensated by FBS. Full compensation of the funds available for withdrawal via EgoPay, became possible thanks to the fact that clients' funds are kept on segregated accounts, which are separated from those of the company.

Please, be reminded that the website and all the services of EgoPay have now stopped their operation. However, reasonable risk-management of FBS lets them always take full responsibility for the cases of unexpected occasions that might take place in the market.

In order to withdraw funds deposited via EgoPay, clients just need to contact the FBS support team! FBS provides a wide range of convenient payment systems to deposit and withdraw your funds.

Important Announcement - European License & Policy Changes

As part of their ongoing commitment to providing you with a safe, responsibly regulated trading environment, FXPRIMUS are pleased to announce that they have activated its European regulated license, which it acquired in November 2014. FX PRIMUS EUROPE (CY) LIMITED "FXPRIMUS" is an Investment Firm with registration number HE 337614, and is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license no. 261/14.

As part of this activation, FXPRIMUS account applications from certain geographical locations will be accepted immediately through their CySEC regulated entity. In the upcoming weeks, all existing clients and new applicants will be afforded the same opportunity. Additional information will be disseminated to you at that time.

In light of this information, there are some important policy changes being made to all FXPRIMUS accounts that you should be aware of. Effective immediately:

• MT4 Transfers: You will still be able to transfer funds between accounts held in your own name. However, please note that 3rd party transfers are prohibited.
• PMC Options: FXPRIMUS is disabling PMC Options for all FXPRIMUS customers.
